At IQRA' International Educational Foundation, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your product, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to make the process as smooth as possible. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines:

Returns Accepted for 30 Days

You have 30 calendar days from your purchase date to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Customer Provides Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item. IQRA International Educational Foundation is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee for all returned items will be deducted from the refund. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned products.

Exclusions

Please note that this return policy does not apply to final sale items. Last sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at orders@iqra.irg or 847-673-4072 to request a return authorization.

Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Our customer support team will provide further instructions and a return shipping address.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm the receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
