Use of Islamic Vocabulary in English
Medium
The decision to use a widespread Islamic-Arabic
vocabulary
instead of translated equivalents was made by all those involved
in the development of the IQRA' program.
Here are some examples:
Subhana wa Ta'alah rather than Almighty
Salla Allahu Alaihi Wassalam as opposed to (PBUH)
Insha'Allah,
SubhanAllah, Salah, Sawm, Hajj, Zakah, and Jihad
This emphasis on Islamic-Arabic terminology has
allowed a generation of young Muslims
to adopt this vocabulary as a part of their general conversation.

Development and Implementation
of a Complete System of
Education
IQRA's comprehensive and systematic program of
Ta'lim and
Tarbiyah in each aspect of our faith (i.e.
Fiqh, Akhlaq, Sirah,
Hadith, Qur'an, history, geography, literature and Arabic language)
is
a first-of-its-kind effort.
Our program has been thoroughly researched and meticulously
planned to include curriculum guides, textbooks, study guides,
enrichment literature, audio-visual materials, and
parent-teacher
manuals for each grade from kindergarten through high school.
